Celia Flye, Project Manager: Business Development, Strategic Initiatives & External Affairs

Celia Flye serves as Project Manager at Progressive Life Center, where she leads strategic initiatives, business development, fundraising, external communications, and special projects that support PLC’s growth and impact. With nearly three decades of nonprofit leadership experience, she brings expertise in organizational strategy, partnership development, government and philanthropic funding, communications, and cross-functional project leadership. Celia works closely with PLC’s executive and program leadership to identify and advance new opportunities, strengthen external partnerships, and translate organizational priorities into action. Prior to joining PLC, she held leadership roles with several nonprofit organizations, including serving as Executive Director of the Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter.
