PLC President and Chief Executive OfficerÂ
Diana Banks is a dynamic executive who has led high performing organizations for more than 20 years. Her success is concentrated in the areas of organizational development, relationship management, business development, and consulting. In April 2022, Diana was appointed as Progressive Life Center’s (PLC) President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing to the role, expertise, passion, and a sincere desire to lead the charge in fulfilling PLC’s mission of enhancing the lives of the children, youth and families we serve.
Diana joined PLC from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where she served as Assistant Dean of Executive Career Development. In that role, Diana delivered strategies that ignited career breakthroughs for alumni and other executives. Prior to Georgetown, Diana led a global consulting organization for American Express, and served in a variety of roles with escalating responsibility at Fortune 500 firms.
For three years prior to her appointment as President and CEO, Diana served as Chair of PLC’s Board of Directors, and prior to that, as a board member. She also served as a founding board member of the I Dream Public Charter School in our nation’s capital. Diana is a lover of music and travel, and enjoys exploring the many museums that DC has to offer.
