Dr. Thomas D. Barrett, DBH, is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in clinical operations, business development, and behavioral health program management. As a Senior Healthcare Executive and Clinician, he has a proven track record in turning around underperforming organizations, driving strategic growth, and leading transformational change in complex healthcare environments. With a diverse background in both public and private sectors, Dr. Barrett has successfully implemented programs that have clinical excellence.

His work has been instrumental in growing revenues for organizations such as Inova Health Systems and Adventist Behavioral Health, and he has secured millions in public sector contracts and grant funding. Dr. Barrett’s career spans roles in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and offender supervision that include sex offenders and Domestic Violence perpetrators.

In addition to his executive and clinical roles, Dr. Barrett has served as a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University, where he contributes to the Doctor of Behavioral Health program. He holds advanced degrees in behavioral health, counseling, and international relations and maintains numerous professional licenses and certifications in behavioral and addiction treatment.
