Rosalind C. Lee, D.M., a trailblazer in the field of human services and organizational management, is the Regional Director of Pennsylvania Operations for Progressive Life Center, Inc. headquartered in Washington DC. Throughout her 15 year tenure at Progressive Life Center, Dr. Lee lead the agency’s performance, quality and improvement (PQI)strategic plan and implementation systems as the Director of Quality Improvement. She also managed the agency’s Recruitment, Training and Licensing (RTL) division for all child welfare programs. Dr. Lee has trained and educated direct line staff and senior executives and developed and evaluated public and private agency programs as a Council On Accreditation (COA) National Peer Reviewer. Dr. Lee’s areas of expertise include child welfare program training and motivational speaking, organizational culture and change management and leadership development and capacity building. Dr. Lee earned her Master of Arts degree in African American Studies at Temple University and her Doctorate in Management from University of Maryland University College. Dr. Lee is an active board member of the African American Chamber of Commerce (Phila./DE/NJ), Legacy of Love Scholarship Foundation, Pennsylvania Council of Children, Youth and Family Services and the National Alumni Association of Johnson C. Smith University.
