Throughout the past 23 years at PLC, Ms. Clarke had the opportunity to support vulnerable children, youth, and families who experienced trauma ranging from physical and sexual abuse to neglect and domestic violence. These programs include Foster Care, Independent Living, Kinship Care, Family Preservation, Domestic Violence Training and Education, and the Adolescent Clubhouse. Evette is also a master trainer and collaborates to facilitate PLC’s NTU training for staff and community stakeholders. Evette is also a licensed minister and pastor at TFC Development Center where “iron sharpens iron” to enable others to grow. Evette is the wife of a supportive husband and the mother of two young adults. Serving people has always been Evette’s life story, where her biggest investment is in people.
