Karla Carrell is a high-achieving creative leader with an extensive career in relationship management, customer service and consultative solution-sales. She has successfully orchestrated the management of high performing teams as an Account Executive focused on the delivery of innovative business solutions to mid and large cap customers with $50M- $2B in annual revenue. Her experience ranges across a broad sector of industries including Information Technology, Financial Services, Not-for-Profits, Public Sector and Higher Education.

Over 20 years of experience as a leader with expertise in a myriad of business sectors, Karla’s former employers include Microsoft Corporation where she managed a portfolio of clients in State and Local Government. She spent a significant portion of her career in the financial services sector in various roles having worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Fifth Third Bank and Bank of Montreal Harris Bank.

She holds a Master of Business Administration concentrating in Marketing from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard University School of Business and an Associate in Arts and Science – Interior Design, Montgomery College.

For personal enjoyment, traveling, puzzling and spending time with friends and family are her interest. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is involved with community service and outreach initiatives.
