PLC educates African American faith lead and the general public to recognize signs of domestic violence and understand how to become proactive in prevention.
With a priority of child safety, our staff works with the entire family to help overcome crisis and prevent future crises.
We identify, train, certify and support the continuing education of foster parents. We match parents with children and provide extensive support throughout the placement.
For family members who are caring for a child or children because the biological parents are unable, PLC offers an array of comprehensive supports.
